Eric Regits
Regional Vice President, Operations
Eric Regits is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of several Hilton and Marriott branded hotels in Alabama, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Regits worked for Hilton, Marriott and IHG. He also has General Manager experience in both full service and select service hotels. While working with Moody National Companies, he earned many accolades, including General Manager of the year in 2017 and 2019. He studied Business Administration at East Stroudsburg University.
George Spilich
Regional Vice President, Operations
George Spilich is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of several select service and extended stay hotels in multiple states. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Spilich spent the last decade working for GF Management and Moody National Companies as both Area Manager and Regional Director of Operations. Mr. Spilich also has General Manager experience in both full service and select service hotels, as well as task force experience with multiple Hilton and Marriott brands. He received a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware.
Joe Coursolle
Regional Vice President, Operations
Joe Coursolle is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Operating efforts of Hilton and Marriott branded hotels throughout his regions in Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Colorado and Montana. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Coursolle was a General Manager with Hilton Hotels for more than 20 years operating Focus, Full Service and Resort hotels in Minnesota, Texas, Missouri and Indiana. He also worked as a training consultant for IHG and as a General Manager for Drury Hotels.
Keith Osborne
Regional Vice President, Operations
Keith Osborne is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, Mr. Osborne oversees the field-based Operations & Sales Teams and assists in the development and implementation of critical operating strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic mission of the company and superior financial performance of the 14 hotels he is accountable for in the Texas Region. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Osborne served for 15 years as Chief Operating Officer of two successful Upper Mid-West hotel management and development companies. He has more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience, including senior level positions such as Director of Quality Assurance for the Promus Hotel Corporation, now a part of Hilton Worldwide. Mr. Osborne has also served as General Manager in both full and select service properties. He attended Eastern Illinois University and majored in Business Administration with a focus in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Kevin Klein
Vice President, Food & Beverage
Kevin Klein is Vice President, Food and Beverage, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring brand compliance and operational standards while supporting local team leaders in creating a positive venue experience, driving service excellence and achieving cost projections and revenue targets. Mr. Klein collaborates with suppliers to gain increased value from vendors and service providers. Prior to joining MCR, he was Director of Food and Beverage for the Georgia Theatre Company and its subsidiary Mellow Mushroom restaurant operations. Mr. Klein has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including senior management positions with various restaurant and hotel groups. He holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, as well as, an Associate’s Degree with Honors in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University.
Logan Shinn
Regional Vice President, Operations
Logan Shinn is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he oversees the daily operations and sales execution in multiple hotels throughout the southwest. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Shinn was a Regional Director of Operations with Prism Hotels & Resorts. Previously, Mr. Shinn was a Dual General Manager, Area General Manager and Regional Vice President with Island Hospitality. He also held executive-level roles with Marriott International and Hyatt Regency and was the Marriott International Business Council Chair for the Tucson, Arizona, market. Mr. Shinn has 10 years of restaurant experience, including fine dining, gourmet delicatessen and Starbucks. He is a Graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management.
Matt Kinley
Regional Vice President, Operations
Matt Kinley is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. He previously served as Area General Manager for MCR, overseeing hotels in Connecticut and New York. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Kinley ran his own hotel consulting company, Hospitality Performance Enhancement Services, working primarily with Sage Hospitality, Wave Development and Jackson Street Hospitality. Mr. Kinley spent 11 years with Hyatt Regency Hotels and six years with Meristar/Interstate Hotels as General Manager of various properties including Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, Hilton Dedham/Boston and Radisson Scottsdale Resort and Spa as well as serving as General Manager for HEI Hotels at Sheraton Ferncroft Resort Boston and The Westin Stamford Hotel in Connecticut.
Michael Buta
Regional Vice President, Operations
Michael Buta is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing operations, sales and guest service performance of Marriott and Hilton branded hotels throughout his region, which includes hotels in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Buta served as Vice President of Operations for Magnolia Lodging for 14 years, developing and operating award-winning hotels. Mr. Buta has more than 20 years of hospitality experience including leadership positions with hospitality companies such as Hilton Worldwide & Wyndham International in the areas of operations, food & beverage and sales and marketing in both full service and select service hotels. He attended the University of Illinois and majored in Business Administration.
Michael Rosen
Regional Vice President, Operations
Michael Rosen is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue growth, forecasting and cost controls as well as profitability improvement, guest satisfaction and team member career development. He joined MCR in 2013 as a General Manager and most recently has held the position of Area Director of Operations for the hotels in West Texas. Since attending Indiana University, Mr. Rosen’s more than 20 year hospitality career has included General Manager positions with several Marriott and Hilton brands along with La Quinta and independent hotels.
Nick Katsikis
Regional Vice President, Operations
Nick Katsikis joined MCR in 2009 and is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing daily sales and operations efforts for several select service and extended stay hotels in multiple states. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Katsikis worked for Marriott International and offers leadership experience with an extended stay specialty for Marriott and Hilton brands. Mr. Katsikis opened Marriott’s first TownePlace Suites property in the Northeast region in 1999 in Horsham, PA. Mr. Katsikis has also held the Area Manager role for the Atlantic City-area hotel properties and has held multiple General Manager and Task force opening positions throughout his tenure with MCR, Marriott International and Hilton. Mr. Katsikis received a BS in Hospitality Management from Widener University.
Sean Cassidy
Regional Vice President, Operations
Sean Cassidy is Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and associate development for MCR’s full-service hotels, including the 1,050-room The New Yorker Hotel and 262-room Miami International Airport Hotel. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Cassidy was the Hotel Manager at The Westin New York Times Square for five years. He has more than 25 years of hospitality experience and has held a variety of management positions with ITT Sheraton, Starwood and Marriott. Mr. Cassidy is the current First Vice President for the Food and Beverage Association of America and the First Vice President for Les Amis d’Escoffier Society Foundation. He has also served on the Advisory Board for The High School of Hospitality Management. As the opening Banquet Certification Instructor for The New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of NYC Inc. Employee Benefit Funds, Mr. Cassidy instructed eligible NYHTC members in the art of banquet service and administered certification exams. Mr. Cassidy earned his BA from the City University of New York College of Staten Island.
Trevor Walden
Regional Vice President, Operations
Trevor Walden is a Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing operational and financial performance for multiple Marriott and Hilton branded hotels within his assigned region. Mr. Walden has 20 years of hospitality leadership experience working with full and select service hotels. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Walden served as Vice President of Operations & Sales for Parks Hospitality Group, developing and operating award-winning hotels. Previously, he held various sales and operational leadership roles for Alliance Hospitality, John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Walden received a BS in Economics from George Mason University.
William Cutillo
Regional Vice President, Operations
William Cutillo is Regional Vice President, Operations, for MCR’s independent portfolio. In this role, Mr. Cutillo oversees operations within MCR’s independent and experiential hotels. Mr. Cutillo brings a strong understanding of the hotel business to MCR, ranging from property-level roles to the financial and operational side of the business, all crucial in successfully operating and managing a hotel. His experience has been cultivated at hotels primarily within the Starwood family, including the W, Westin and Sheraton brands in New York. Prior to joining MCR in 2021, Mr. Cutillo held General Manager roles with Highgate Hotels for six years. Mr. Cutillo also holds a black belt certification in Six Sigma, which he brings to MCR to ensure the practice of process improvement keeps the assets running at peak efficiency. As a member of the opening team at the W Hoboken, Mr. Cutillo was awarded Starwood’s Hotel of the Year and Best in Class Manager. Mr. Cutillo received a BBA in Finance from Baruch College, CUNY.
