    Overview

    The Dual Property Sales Manager, reporting to the Area Director of Sales and Regional Director of Sales, is responsible for the sales and marketing functions of both hotels including: soliciting of accounts, nurturing and growing client relationships, consistently up-selling the hotel’s rooms, meeting/event space to meet or exceed set sales goals and budget, forecasting group rooms, and the creation of the marketing/business plan’s and action plans.
