  • Senior Leadership

    • Tyler Morse CEO, Managing Partner
    • Tyler Morse is CEO and Managing Partner of MCR. Since co-founding MCR in 2006, Mr. Morse has led the company to its position as the fifth largest hotel owner-operator in the United States. With $3 billion of assets under management, MCR owns and operates 86 hotels (12,000 guestrooms) located across 65 cities and 36 states.

      A Los Angeles native with a lifelong interest in travel and learning about global cultures, Mr. Morse got his start as a baggage handler for Delta Airlines at LAX. That love for adventure also took him to Squaw Valley USA in Lake Tahoe and to Termás de Chillán in Chile, where he served as a ski instructor. At California’s Mammoth Mountain, he was a member of the ski patrol. Off the slopes, he held down jobs as a busboy at the Hard Rock Café in Honolulu, Hawaii, and as a car valet at The Cheesecake Factory in Redondo Beach, California. He cites his variety of life work experience as a core tenet of being an effective CEO.

      Armed with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Morse earned his CPA at Ernst & Young LLP and worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in its Financial Sponsors and Mergers and Acquisitions Group. After receiving an MBA from Harvard Business School, Mr. Morse served as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Barry Sternlicht, and contributed to Starwood’s overall corporate investment and development initiatives. He was also the President of Bliss, the upscale spa and beauty products company based in New York City.

      Mr. Morse serves on the Board of Directors of NYC & Company, the convention and visitor arm of New York City. He is a member of the Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR) Courtyard by Marriott Advisory Board and the Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) Distribution Advisory Committee. He serves on the board of the New York University Jonathan M. Tisch School of Hospitality and on the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Mr. Morse is an active member of IREFAC, PREA, NAREIT and The Real Estate Roundtable. He serves as a Trustee on the board of Prep for Prep.

      Mr. Morse lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.

    • Chris Korinek EVP, Operations
    • Chris Korinek joined MCR in 2006 and is Executive VP, Operations, of MCR. Previously, Mr. Korinek served as Vice President of Operations, West for Flagstone Hospitality Management, the affiliated management company of RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., in Memphis, TN, where he was directly accountable for 25 full and select service hotels.

      From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Korinek served as Director of Asset Management with RFS in Memphis acting as a liaison between ownership and management and determining long term viability of specific markets and hotels. Prior to RFS, Mr. Korinek served for 19 years with Promus Hotel Corporation in various roles with the company including General Manager and Regional Hotel Performance Director.

    • Kym Janney Chief Financial Officer
    • Kym Janney is Chief Financial Officer of MCR. Ms. Janney has 34 years of accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, operations and transactional experience for private equity, investment management and commercial real estate firms.

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Janney held senior executive roles with USAA Real Estate, Goldman Sachs, Behringer Harvard Opportunity Funds, Hawkeye Partners and the Hampstead Group. In these positions, she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and portfolio management for private and public commingled investment funds, joint ventures, REITs and separate accounts. Ms. Janney’s responsibilities also included serving on investment committees and advisory boards, making presentations to audit committees and boards of directors and overseeing the reporting and due diligence requirements of the funds’ institutional, family office and high net worth investors.

      She received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

    • Russ Shattan EVP, Acquisitions & Development
    • Russ Shattan is Executive VP, Acquisitions & Development, of MCR. He joined MCR in 2011. Mr. Shattan is responsible for leading MCR’s investment activities including acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing’s.

      Since joining MCR, Mr. Shattan has led the execution of nearly $1.6 billion in hotel transaction volume, including the acquisition of 90 hotels and development of 16 hotels located across the country. He has also supported the development of two marquee New York City hotel projects: the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Shattan was a Senior Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he worked in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Prior to Starwood, he began his career as an Analyst at CNL Hotels & Resorts, a hotel REIT that was based in Orlando, FL.

      Mr. Shattan serves on Hilton’s Select Service Product Advisory Council and the Marriott TownePlace Suites Franchise Advisory Council. He is a graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and has been a guest lecturer for real estate and hospitality classes at New York University.

    • Jason Garone SVP, Construction
    • Jason Garone is Senior VP, Construction, of MCR. In this role, Mr. Garone is responsible for construction oversight, implementation of fiscal management and collaboration with design teams, consultants and contractors on all projects.

      Mr. Garone began his career with Lend Lease in 2000, where he worked in both their New York and London offices on construction contracts valued in excess of $750M. Mr. Garone later worked for Hunter Roberts in 2012 before joining Brodsky Organization in 2013. At Brodsky, Mr. Garone reported directly to the president and managed the construction of high-rise luxury residential projects, including the 440-unit City Tower in Brooklyn, NY.

    • Nathan Logan General Counsel
    • Nathan Logan is General Counsel of MCR. In this role, he leads the legal aspects of MCR’s business.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Logan practiced law for 12 years with the global firm Latham & Watkins LLP, where he specialized in real estate M&A and financing transactions for private equity firms, REITs and other commercial real estate owners and investors. Mr. Logan represented MCR as outside counsel while at Latham & Watkins LLP and has advised on nearly every significant acquisition and development project the company has undertaken since 2013.

      Mr. Logan received a law degree from the University of Notre Dame and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois.

    • Abby Hampton VP, Investment Accounting
    • Abby Hampton is VP, Investment Accounting, of MCR. She joined MCR in 2014. Ms. Hampton is responsible for preparing the corporate office financial statements as well as overseeing ownership accounting for several portfolios. She also works with the Development and Construction teams on various projects. Ms. Hampton has 15 years of hospitality accounting experience. Previously, she spent 11 years with Wyndham.

      Ms. Hampton received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Washington State University.

    • Barton Roseberry VP, Investment Accounting
    • Barton Roseberry is VP, Ownership Accounting, of MCR. He joined MCR in 2013. Mr. Roseberry oversees the hotel ownership accounting at MCR. He has more than 10 years of accounting experience in the retail and hospitality industries. Previously, Mr. Roseberry spent two years at Half Price Books, five years at Snelling Staffing and three years at Prism Hotels.

      Mr. Roseberry received an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas

    • Bill Kidney SVP, Operations
    • Bill Kidney joined MCR in 2007 and is Senior VP, Operations, of MCR. Previously, he served as Regional Director of Operations for Flagstone Hospitality, the affiliated management company for RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., in Memphis, TN, where he was directly accountable for 18 full and select service hotels. He served in that capacity for 12 years.

      Prior to RFS, Mr. Kidney was an Area Manager and General Manager of several full service hotels including two “Top 20” Holiday Inn hotels and several 300 to 500-room properties over a span of 20 years.

    • Chris McDonnell VP, Centralized Accounting
    • Chris McDonnell is VP of Centralized Accounting for MCR. In this role, he oversees the centralized accounting functions and property-level Directors of Finance for the full-service hotels in the MCR portfolio.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. McDonnell was VP of Property Accounting at Remington Hotels, where he was responsible for managing the accounting teams for 22 full-service properties. Previously, Mr. McDonnell served as the Director of Finance at the Marriott Hotel and Golf Club in Fort Worth, Texas, and Director of Enterprise Applications and Regional Controller for Highgate Hotels.

      Mr. McDonnell received a B.S. in Economics/Finance and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He lives in Arlington, Texas.

    • Colleen Ker VP, Revenue Management
    • Colleen Ker joined MCR in 2009 and is VP, Revenue Management, of MCR. In this role, she is responsible for providing revenue management and eCommerce support through the use of creative strategies, analysis of pricing, trends, performance and effective inventory management that focuses on revenue growth and profit.

      Prior to MCR, Ms. Ker’s hospitality career included 15 years with Marriott International as a Revenue Director overseeing resorts and full service hotels. Prior to Marriott, Ms. Ker worked at several full service hotels in the South Jersey/Philadelphia market in both operational and sales management positions. Her career started in the casino hotel industry in Atlantic City where she spent eight years in hotel operations and casino marketing.

      Ms. Ker received a B.S. in Economics from Villanova University.

    • Jacob Messina VP, Digital Operations
    • Jacob Messina is VP, Digital Operations, for MCR.  In this role, he oversees the technology and digital presence of MCR and its hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Messina’s career included a decade with Loews Hotels & Co., where he most recently served as the Senior Director of eCommerce & Performance Marketing. Previously, he served as Director of Internet Marketing, Associate Director of Online Marketing, Marketing Information Manager and Customer Relationship Analyst with Loews Hotels & Co.

      Mr. Messina received a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He lives in New York City.

    • Jaimee Zanzinger VP, Creative
    • Jaimee Zanzinger is VP, Creative, of MCR. In this role, she oversees content and marketing for MCR and its independent full-service hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Zanzinger was the Editorial Director of Us Weekly at Wenner Media, where she led the operations for digital and print platforms that attracted an audience of 50 million. Previously, Ms. Zanzinger served in senior-level roles at Real SimpleGlamour and Woman’s Day, specializing in lifestyle content. She has also consulted for Hearst Magazines, where she helped conceptualize and launch a high-end travel publication.

      As an adjunct professor at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, Ms. Zanzinger taught a magazine editing course. She has also appeared as a lifestyle expert on television programs including NBC’s Today show, ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS’s The Early Show.

      Ms. Zanzinger received a B.A. in Journalism and Communications from Rutgers University.

    • James Spinks VP, Centralized Accounting
    • James Spinks is VP, Centralized Accounting, of MCR. In this role, he oversees the centralized accounting function for the hotels in the MCR portfolio.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2013, Mr. Spinks was an Assistant Controller with Pillar Hotels & Resorts, where he led centralized accounting for 40-50 hotels. Previously, Mr. Spinks served in various roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels, and Bristol Hotels & Resorts.

      Mr. Spinks received a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.

    • Jennifer McGuigan VP, Training & Development
    • Jennifer McGuigan joined MCR in 2010 and is Vice President, Training & Development, of MCR. In this role, she is responsible for the design and implementation of property level training including MCR policy and procedures, finance and guest experience. Ms. McGuigan’s hospitality career includes serving as a General Manager with MCR as well as holding General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Catering roles with Columbia Sussex. She received her B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

    • Joe Delli Santi SVP, Acquisitions & Development
    • Joe Delli Santi is Senior VP, Acquisitions & Development, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2016, Mr. Delli Santi was a Senior Associate with Starwood Capital Group, where he was responsible for managing a number of the firm’s investments in the full and limited service hotel sectors. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development for TMI Hospitality, one of the country’s largest hotel owner-operators with a portfolio of more than 180 select service and extended stay properties that Starwood Capital Group acquired in January 2015. In that role, he was responsible for the execution of the firm’s growth-related initiatives, the disposition of non-core assets and various other functions.

    • Kaunteya Chitnis SVP, Acquisitions & Development
    • Kaunteya Chitnis is Senior VP, Acquisitions & Development, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the firm’s execution of acquisition, disposition, development and capital markets activities.

      Before joining MCR in 2014, Mr. Chitnis was a Senior Associate in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate Group, where he focused on providing M&A, capital markets, valuation, and strategic advisory services to hospitality and leisure clients. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Chitnis was an Analyst within Citibank’s Institutional Clients Group.

      Mr. Chitnis is a graduate of Cornell University.

    • Mark Kucera SVP, Operations
    • Mark Kucera is Senior VP, Operations, of MCR. In this role, he oversees operations of half of MCR’s hotels across the country.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2013, Mr. Kucera was the President/COO of Presidian Hotels & Resorts, a hotel development and Management company, for four years. Previously, Mr. Kucera served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Expotel Hospitality Services for eight years and Regional Director of Operations as well as Area Operations and General Management Positions for Flagstone Hospitality Management, the affiliated management company of RFS Hotel Investors, Inc, in Memphis, TN, for 14 years.

      Mr. Kucera received a B.S. in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.

    • Randall Timms VP, Centralized Accounting
    • Randall Timms joined MCR in 2013 and is VP, Centralized Accounting, of MCR. In this role, Mr. Timms leads a team of managers who provide accounting support for MCR’s large multi-hotel portfolio of limited and full-service hotels.

      Mr. Timms has more than 17 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, he was an Assistant Controller in the central accounting department of Pillar Hotels & Resorts for four years and a Supervising Senior Accountant in the partnership group of Wyndham International for eight years.

      Mr. Timms received  a B.S. in Accounting from LeTourneau University.

    • Raquel Klugman VP, Retail
    • Raquel Klugman is VP, Retail, for MCR. In this role, she oversees all things related to building a strong TWA consumer brand of apparel and accessories, which are currently sold through The TWA Shop at the TWA Hotel and the TWA branded ecommerce website. Ms. Klugman is also responsible for growing the TWA consumer brand through third-party wholesale and retail partnerships.

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Klugman spent 16 years as an executive in the beauty industry and in digital media. Previously, Ms. Klugman helped start and run Tarte Cosmetics and held senior-level management roles at beauty brands such as SkinCeuticals, La Roche-Posay and butter LONDON. Most recently she was SVP, Beauty, at digital media agency Stella Rising (formerly Women’s Marketing), running the core business vertical.

      Ms. Klugman received a B.A. in Economics and French Language & Literature from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.

    • Ryan Eddy VP, Sales & Marketing
    • Ryan Eddy is VP, Sales & Marketing, of MCR. In this role, Mr. Eddy leads sales and marketing for all of MCR’s full-service hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Eddy served as Senior Director, Marketing Franchise Support, North America, for Marriott International. Previously, he was the Senior Director, Americas Sales & Marketing, for lifestyle and luxury brands at Marriott, including JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels, AC Hotels and Moxy Hotels. He also served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at the JW Marriott Essex House New York and as the Area Sales Leader for Marriott hotels in lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. Earlier in his career, he held various sales roles supporting Marriott’s luxury, full service and select service hotels in New York City and throughout the Northeast.

      Mr. Eddy received a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware.

    • Tom Mituzas VP, Labor Relations
    • Tom Mituzas is VP, Labor Relations, of MCR. In this role, Mr. Mituzas oversees the culture for all of MCR’s hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      Mr. Mituzas has 35 years of human resources, labor relations and hotel operations experience. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Mituzas served as the Director of Human Resources for the Sheraton New York Times Square and as the Labor Relations Market Leader for Marriott Hotels in the New York City area. Before Marriott purchased Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. in 2016, Mr. Mituzas was the Area Director of Human Resources, overseeing 10 of Starwood’s managed properties in the New York and New Jersey area for 16 years. Mr. Mituzas began his career at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel, performing various operations and human resources roles.

      A longtime member of the negotiating committee for the Hotel Association of New York City, Mr. Mituzas also serves as a Trustee for the New York Hotel Trades Council & Hotel Association of New York City Inc. Employee Benefit Funds. He was appointed to Marriott’s East Coast Labor Relations Council and, in 2017, was awarded the Human Resource Business Partner of the Year award. Additionally, he was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Starwood Associate Relief Fund, which benefited staff members across the globe.

      Mr. Mituzas received a B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College, CUNY, and an M.S. in Counseling & Human Resource Development from Bridgeport University. He lives in Long Island City, Queens, where he volunteers his time as an active member of the local community board and civic association.

    • William White SVP, Acquisitions & Development
    • William White is Senior VP, Acquisitions & Development, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the firm’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2016, Mr. White was a Senior Associate in the real estate transactions group at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where he served as project manager for a wide variety of complex public-private development projects. Previously, Mr. White was at Tungsten Partners, where he assisted with due diligence of development opportunities for the Ace Hotel brand.

      Mr. White is a graduate of Harvard University.

    Aaron Roth
    Senior Associate, Acquisitions & Development

    Aaron Roth is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development, disposition and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Roth was an associate at Emigrant Realty Finance, where he underwrote a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Mr. Roth was an associate at PwC in the real estate consulting group. Mr. Roth is a graduate of Cornell University.


    Andrew Gruseke

    Associate, Acquisitions & Development

    Andrew Gruseke is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Gruseke was an Associate in the Hospitality Finance Group at Wells Fargo, where he underwrote hotel financing opportunities totaling $1.1Bn in originations throughout North America. Mr. Gruseke is a graduate of Cornell University.


    Kate Redford

    Associate, Acquisitions & Development

    Kate Redford is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development, disposition and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Redford was a Manager in the Strategic Market Planning & Feasibility Group at InterContinental Hotels Group, where she supported the development effort throughout the Americas. Ms. Redford is a graduate of Cornell University.


    Keshav Daga

    Associate, Acquisitions & Development

    Keshav Daga is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Daga was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Barclays, where he assisted with M&A transactions and debt and equity financings. Mr. Daga is a graduate of Wake Forest University.


    Merik Mulcahy

    Senior Associate, Acquisitions & Development

    Merik Mulcahy is responsible for assisting with the firm’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Mulcahy was an Assistant Vice President in the real estate transactions group at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where he managed acquisitions and structured a wide variety of public-private real estate transactions. Previously, Mr. Mulcahy was at CRC Companies, where he assisted with due diligence of multi-family acquisition and development opportunities. Mr. Mulcahy is a graduate of Princeton University.


    Nick Polera

    Director of Acquisitions & Development

    Nicholas Polera is responsible for assisting the firm’s execution of acquisition, disposition, development and capital markets activities. Prior to MCR, Mr. Polera was an analyst at Starwood Capital Group focusing on select-service hotel asset management. Mr. Polera is a graduate of Cornell University.

  • CONSTRUCTION

    Antonia Botero
    Senior Project Manager

    Antonia Botero is Senior Project Manager, Construction, of MCR. In this role, she oversees the select service project management team responsible for the capital improvement and maintenance of more than 80 hotel properties across the country. She also oversees the design and construction of MCR’s select service new construction projects through diverse markets. In addition, Ms. Botero is involved in all aspects of the design and construction of the company’s full service capital projects, including franchise branded products and independently branded projects such as the TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

    Ms. Botero has 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Prior to joining MCR, she worked as a project manager for a multi-family residential real estate developer in New York City, where she specialized in large-scale conversion projects in Manhattan’s Financial District. Previously, Ms. Botero worked as an Associate Architect at Beyer Blinder Belle Architects, where she focused on new construction and construction administration.

    She received an M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Professional Bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Miami. Ms. Botero is a registered architect in Florida and New York, and is and nationally certified by NCARB.


    Gianluca Ranallo

    Project Manager

    Gianluca Ranallo is a Project Manager, Construction, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for planning, managing and executing cross-functional projects for all of MCR’s Select Service properties. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Ranallo was a Project Manager for a hospitality logistics company in New York City, where he managed hotel renovations and capital projects including budgets, schedules and execution. Mr. Ranallo received a B.A. in Business Management from Clark University.


    Margalit Kohanim

    Project Manager

    Margalit Kohanim is a Project Manager, Construction, of MCR. In this role, she is responsible for planning, managing and executing cross-functional projects for the TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Kohanim was an Associate Director of Design and Construction at Highgate Hotels, where she managed hotel renovations and capital projects for which she oversaw the projects’ budgets, design, and construction. Ms. Kohanim is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.


    Nicholas Villaverde

    Project Manager

    Nicholas Villaverde is a Project Manager, Construction, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for planning, managing and executing cross-functional projects for all of MCR’s Select Service properties. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Villaverde was a structural engineer for a company in New York City, where he designed new high-rise and mid-rise residential buildings and renovated existing structures. Mr. Villaverde received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The College of New Jersey and a M.Eng. in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University.


    Pete Foster

    Analyst

    Pete Foster is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, disposition and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Foster was a member of Stanford GSB’s Summer Institute and an analyst at Vesta Industrial Real Estate in Mexico City. Mr. Foster is a graduate of the University of Richmond.


    Sylvie Blondeau

    Senior Project Manager

    Sylvie Blondeau is Senior Project Manager, Construction, of MCR. In this role, she oversees the management of all aspects of design and construction of capital projects for full service hotels in the New York area, with particular focus on the TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport and The New Yorker Hotel.

    Ms. Blondeau has 19 years of experience in the design and construction industry in the New York area. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Blondeau was a Project Architect and Design Lead at renowned architecture firm COOKFOX, where she developed the firm’s interiors portfolio with the design of high-end condos (550 Vanderbilt, 100 Vandam) and rental high-rises (City Tower) in Manhattan and Brooklyn, along with private mansions and penthouses. She previously worked at other architecture firms, with the Top of the Rock Observation Deck among her projects.

    Ms. Blondeau is a registered architect in New York and holds a LEED Green Associate accreditation. She received a M. Arch. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York and a M.Eng. from Centrale Lille in France.

    Alexandra Cavallo
    Senior Editor

    Alexandra Cavallo is Senior Editor at MCR. In this role, she creates editorial content for MCR and its independent full-service hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Cavallo was the Director of Branded Content for digital media company Wild Sky Media, where she oversaw all branded content for the company’s portfolio of lifestyle sites. Prior to that, she held senior-level editorial roles at a variety of Boston-based publications, serving as the Deputy Managing Editor of biweekly city magazine The Improper Bostonian, Entertainment Editor of daily newspaper Metro Boston and Events Editor of alternative newsweekly The Boston Phoenix. Ms. Cavallo also served as on-staff feature writer for all three publications. She received an M.A. in Journalism from Emerson College and a B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Albany.


    Becky Byron

    Junior Art Director

    Becky Byron is Junior Art Director at MCR. In this role, she designs print and digital assets, as well as hotel collateral. Before joining the team, Ms. Byron was a Visual Designer at Condé Nast. Prior to that, she was a Digital Designer at Rent the Runway and has designed for publications such as Seventeen, Nylon.com and Cleveland Magazine. She has a B.A. in both Journalism and Photography from Cleveland State University.


    Erica Hornung

    Archivist

    Erica Hornung is the Archivist for the TWA Hotel Collection at MCR. In this role, she processes archival collections, prepares artifacts for preservation and exhibit and provides research support. She also maintains  exhibits on display at the TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Hornung was a visual effects artist and motion graphics designer. Ms. Hornung has taught visual effects and film production at the college level; her book The Art and Technique of Matchmoving: Solutions for the VFX Artist was published in 2010. Earlier, she worked in store planning and visual merchandising. Ms Hornung holds an M.L.S. with a certificate in Archives and Preservation of Cultural Materials from CUNY Queens College Graduate School of Library and Information Science, an M.A. in Film from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology.


    Hope Newman

    Director of Events

    Hope Newman is Director of Events at MCR. In this role, she produces events for the MCR corporate office. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Newman was Director, Event Production within Entertainment Benefits Group’s Premium Experiences group (formerly CAA Premium Experience), where she managed corporate hospitality for Fortune 1000 companies as well as talent and entertainment based VIP experiences. Previously, she was an Executive at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in a parallel role. Her experience also includes corporate hospitality positions at Madison Square Garden and PrimeSport. Ms. Newman has produced a multitude of hospitality programs surrounding professional sports, culinary, literary and music properties in addition to managing partnerships with the Tribeca Film Festival, USTA, NBA, MLB and NFL. Ms. Newman received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.


    Mary Kate Frank

    Editorial Director

    Mary Kate Frank is Editorial Director of MCR. In this role, she oversees content for MCR and its full-service hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Frank was an Executive Editor for Scholastic Corporation, the world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books. Previously, Ms. Frank held senior-level editorial roles at magazines such as Us Weekly, Parent & Child and Country Living. She has also served as an adjunct professor of journalism at New York University’s College of Arts & Science. Ms. Frank received a B.A. in English from Montclair State University and an M.A. in Journalism from New York University.


    Rebecca Morse

    Rebecca Morse works on creative content and activations for MCR. Previously, Ms. Morse was the Editor-in-Chief of The Home Observer. She also served as Contributing Editor at Cottages & Gardens Publications. Until 2008, she was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Ms. Morse received a B.A. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.


    Samantha Cortez

    Project Manager, Creative

    Samantha Cortez is Project Manager, Creative, for MCR. In this role, she supports the day-to-day operations of MCR’s creative department. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Cortez served as Production Coordinator for the visual and performing programming at Park Avenue Armory. Previously, Ms. Cortez was Managerial Associate at Opus 3 Artists. She received her B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.


    Steven Noieam

    Creative Programs Manager

    Steven Noieam is Creative Programs Manager at MCR. In this role, he oversees the creation of one-of-a-kind experiences at MCR’s independent hotel properties, such as the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Chelsea and the 512-room TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Noieam spearheaded entertainment experiences at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando in Florida.


    Tina Xu

    Digital Operations Manager

    Tina Xu is Digital Operations Manager at MCR. In this role, she supports the digital strategy of MCR across its expanding portfolio of independent full-service hotels, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Xu managed web content production and web strategy at entertainment networks such as Fuse Media and Comedy Central. She also previously worked on the Web Services team at NYU Shanghai in Shanghai, China, and managed web project development at Tzu Chi USA, a non-profit disaster relief organization. Ms. Xu received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.


    Wendy Robison

    Creative Director

    Wendy Robison is the Creative Director of MCR. In this role, she oversees design and branding for MCR and its full-service hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Robison was Design Director for Seventeen magazine, as well as a contributing Design Director for several women’s magazines at Hearst, the world’s largest publisher of monthly magazines. Previously, Ms. Robison was a designer at Lucky magazine. She received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri.

    Ann Sheaffer
    Director of Investment Accounting

    Ann Sheaffer is Director, Investment Accounting, of MCR. In this role, she is responsible for the hotel ownership accounting for part of a portfolio and the maintenance of MCR’s accounting software package. She joined MCR in 2013 and has more than 30 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Sheaffer worked at Prism Hotels for five years and Wyndham Hotels for 20 years. Ms. Sheaffer received an M.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.


    Eric Storey

    Director of Investor Relations

    Eric Storey serves as the Director of Investor Relations for MCR, where he is responsible for MCR’s investor communications including distributions, capital calls and monthly reports. Prior to joining MCR in October of 2013, Mr. Storey served as a financial analyst at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. He graduated with honors from Texas Christian University and holds a B.B.A. in Finance.


    Geoffrey Young

    Director of Portfolio Management

    Geoffrey Young is the Director of Portfolio Management for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing special projects, valuations and analytics across the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Young served as Executive Director of Investment Banking at Mirae Asset Securities & Investments. Previously, he has held roles with Fortress Investment Group’s real estate arms in the U.S. and in Europe and also led an acquisition group. He has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on structuring, acquisition, syndication and asset management. Mr. Young received his B.A. in Art History/Classics from Denison University.


    Gina Mote

    Director of Risk Management

    Gina Mote is the Director of Risk Management for MCR. In her role, Gina administers MCR’s comprehensive insurance program and assists with the procurement of coverage and risk analysis for MCR’s hotel, development and investment operations. With over 24 years experience as an insurance broker, Ms. Mote has served as the Regional Risk and Marketing Manager for Brown & Brown and as a Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster for Safeco Insurance. For the 15 years prior to joining MCR, her focus was on insurance program management for large hospitality, financial and construction practices. Prior to that, Ms. Mote served in the US Army.


    Keith Mposi

    Assistant Director of Finance

    Keith Mposi is Assistant Director of Fund Management for MCR. He is responsible for supporting the compliance, reporting and investor servicing functions for MCR’s fund investments. Prior to joining MCR in 2019, Mr. Mposi worked in private equity and alternative investment fund reporting. Mr. Mposi received his M.S. in Financial Services from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.


    Lisa Kilgore

    Director of Fund Management

    Lisa Kilgore is Director of Fund Management for MCR. She is responsible for overseeing the compliance and reporting of MCR’s fund investments, while also assisting with the company’s finance and investor relations activities. Ms. Kilgore joined MCR in 2018 as Director of Investment Accounting for a year before transitioning to Fund Management. She has 20 years of accounting experience – 12 of which have been in the commercial real estate investment industry. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Kilgore was the Real Estate Controller for Behringer Harvard’s Opportunity Funds, and she began her career as an auditor of PwC. Ms. Kilgore received her B.B.A. in Accounting from Harding University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.


    Natasha Ivanova

    Senior Associate of Finance

    Natasha Ivanova is a Senior Associate, Finance, of MCR. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with the company’s finance and investor relations activities. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Ivanova was a financial analyst at Crow Holdings Capital – Real Estate, where she was responsible for underwriting commercial real estate acquisitions and developments, leading and supporting due diligence efforts, and assisting with capital markets activities. Ms. Ivanova received a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. She lives in Dallas, TX.


    Stacy Harwell

    Director of Investment Accounting

    Stacy Harwell is Director of Investment Accounting for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for the accounting and reporting of the hotel ownership entities. Ms. Harwell has more than 15 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry and three years in public accounting. Prior to joining MCR in 2015, Ms. Harwell worked as Corporate Accounting Manager for Wyndham International, Senior Auditor for Whitely Penn, and Restaurant Accountant for Brinker International. Ms. Harwell received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.


    Wes Gable

    Senior Associate, Finance

    Wes Gable is Senior Associate, Finance, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the company’s origination and execution of capital market activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Gable was Manager of Sales Analytics at G6 Hospitality. Mr. Gable received a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University. He lives in Dallas.

    Chad Newman

    Regional Director of Operations

    Chad Newman is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue growth, forecasting and cost controls as well as profitability improvement, guest satisfaction and team member career development. Since attending the University of Maryland, Mr. Newman’s hospitality career has included General Manager and regional positions with leading hotel operators such as Ocean Properties, Island Hospitality and The Briad Group.


    George Spilich

    Regional Director of Operations

    George Spilich is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of several select service and extended stay hotels in multiple states. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Spilich spent the last decade working for GF Management and Moody National Companies as both Area Manager and Regional Director of Operations. Mr. Spilich also has General Manager experience in both full service and select service hotels, as well as task force experience with multiple Hilton and Marriott brands. He received a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware.


    Guy Beaulieu

    Regional Director of Operations

    Guy Beaulieu is a Regional Director of Operations at MCR. In this role, he oversees all operations for 10 MCR hotels in Central and South Texas. His region consists of nine Marriott branded hotels and one Hilton. These brands include Courtyard, Fairfield, Towneplace and Hilton Garden Inn. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability and guest service improvement. Mr. Beaulieu also oversees the Sales and Operations for this region. Prior to joining MCR in 2015, Mr. Beaulieu was the District Director for the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, overseeing the Mid-Atlantic-Northeast region. Additionally, Mr. Beaulieu has served as a quality insurance inspector for Drury hotels and has held General Manager positions with Drury, Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Tharaldson Hospitality. Mr. Beaulieu received a B.S. in Hotel-Restaurant Administration from Central Missouri State University. Additionally, he is a retired military veteran with more than 20 years of service.


    Joe Coursolle

    Regional Director of Operations

    Joe Coursolle is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Operating efforts of Hilton and Marriott branded hotels throughout his regions in Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Colorado and Montana. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Coursolle was a General Manager with Hilton Hotels for more than 20 years operating Focus, Full Service and Resort hotels in Minnesota, Texas, Missouri and Indiana. He also worked as a training consultant for IHG and as a General Manager for Drury Hotels.


    Keith Osborne

    Regional Director of Operations

    Keith Osborne is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In this role, Mr. Osborne oversees the field-based Operations & Sales Teams and assists in the development and implementation of critical operating strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic mission of the company and superior financial performance of the 14 hotels he is accountable for in the Texas Region. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Osborne served for 15 years as Chief Operating Officer of two successful Upper Mid-West hotel management and development companies. He has more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience, including senior level positions such as Director of Quality Assurance for the Promus Hotel Corporation, now a part of Hilton Worldwide. Mr. Osborne has also served as General Manager in both full and select service properties. He attended Eastern Illinois University and majored in Business Administration with a focus in Hotel and Restaurant Management.


    Kevin Klein

    Corporate Director of Food & Beverage

    Kevin Klein is Corporate Director, Food and Beverage, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring brand compliance and operational standards while supporting local team leaders in creating a positive venue experience, driving service excellence and achieving cost projections and revenue targets. Mr. Klein collaborates with suppliers to gain increased value from vendors and service providers. Prior to joining MCR, he was Director of Food and Beverage for the Georgia Theatre Company and its subsidiary Mellow Mushroom restaurant operations. Mr. Klein has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including senior management positions with various restaurant and hotel groups. He holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, as well as, an Associate’s Degree with Honors in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University.


    Matt Kinley

    Regional Director of Operations

    Matt Kinley is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. He previously served as Area General Manager for MCR, overseeing hotels in Connecticut and New York. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Kinley ran his own hotel consulting company, Hospitality Performance Enhancement Services, working primarily with Sage Hospitality, Wave Development and Jackson Street Hospitality. Mr. Kinley spent 11 years with Hyatt Regency Hotels and six years with Meristar/Interstate Hotels as General Manager of various properties including Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, Hilton Dedham/Boston and Radisson Scottsdale Resort and Spa as well as serving as General Manager for HEI Hotels at Sheraton Ferncroft Resort Boston and The Westin Stamford Hotel in Connecticut.


    Michael Buta

    Regional Director of Operations

    Michael Buta is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing operations, sales and guest service performance of Marriott and Hilton branded hotels throughout his region, which includes hotels in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Buta served as Vice President of Operations for Magnolia Lodging for 14 years, developing and operating award-winning hotels. Mr. Buta has more than 20 years of hospitality experience including leadership positions with hospitality companies such as Hilton Worldwide & Wyndham International in the areas of operations, food & beverage and sales and marketing in both full service and select service hotels. He attended the University of Illinois and majored in Business Administration.


    Michael Rosen

    Regional Director of Operations

    Michael Rosen is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue growth, forecasting and cost controls as well as profitability improvement, guest satisfaction and team member career development. He joined MCR in 2013 as a General Manager and most recently has held the position of Area Director of Operations for the hotels in West Texas. Since attending Indiana University, Mr. Rosen’s more than 20 year hospitality career has included General Manager positions with several Marriott and Hilton brands along with La Quinta and independent hotels.


    Nick Katsikis

    Regional Director of Operations

    Nick Katsikis joined MCR in 2009 and is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing daily sales and operations efforts for several select service and extended stay hotels in multiple states. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Katsikis worked for Marriott International and offers leadership experience with an extended stay specialty for Marriott and Hilton brands. Mr. Katsikis opened Marriott’s first TownePlace Suites property in the Northeast region in 1999 in Horsham, PA. Mr. Katsikis has also held the Area Manager role for the Atlantic City-area hotel properties and has held multiple General Manager and Task force opening positions throughout his tenure with MCR, Marriott International and Hilton. Mr. Katsikis received a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Widener University.


    Sean Cassidy

    Regional Director of Operations

    Sean Cassidy is Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and associate development for MCR’s full-service hotels, including the 1,050-room The New Yorker Hotel and 262-room Miami International Airport Hotel. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Cassidy was the Hotel Manager at The Westin New York Times Square for five years. He has more than 25 years of hospitality experience and has held a variety of management positions with ITT Sheraton, Starwood and Marriott. Mr. Cassidy is the current First Vice President for the Food and Beverage Association of America and the First Vice President for Les Amis d’Escoffier Society Foundation. He has also served on the Advisory Board for The High School of Hospitality Management. As the opening Banquet Certification Instructor for The New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of NYC Inc. Employee Benefit Funds, Mr. Cassidy instructed eligible NYHTC members in the art of banquet service and administered certification exams. Mr. Cassidy earned his B.A. from the City University of New York College of Staten Island.


    Sara Nolan

    Regional Director of Operations

    Sara Nolan is Regional Director of Operations for MCR. In this role, Ms. Nolan oversees operations for MCR’s full-service hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 396-room Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel. She is also responsible for the implementation of corporate policy and procedures at the property level and managing onboarding for new hotel acquisitions. Prior to joining MCR in 2018, Ms. Nolan held various roles in operations, event planning and sales for Marriott International. Her experience includes a variety of brands including Sheraton, JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels, Marriott Marquis and Marriott Hotels & Resorts in New York City and along the East Coast. Ms. Nolan received a dual B.S. in Tourism & Hospitality Management and Public Relations from Temple University.

    Mary-Claire Barnes
    E-Commerce Manager

    Mary-Claire Barnes is E-Commerce Manager for MCR. In this role, she oversees the TWA retail e-commerce website and is responsible for accomplishing online sales and promotional objectives and strategies. She also oversees customer interactions to help grow the TWA consumer brand. Previously, Ms. Barnes served as an Associate for the Creative team at MCR. In that role, she helped manage vendor relationships and the creation of promotional items across all brands, as well as assisting with design projects and photo shoots.

    Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Barnes worked as an event coordinator for a fundraising firm. She began her career as a luxury travel agent.

    Ms. Barnes received a B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Arkansas.


    Michele Storey

    Retail Manager

    Michele Storey is the Retail Manager for the TWA Hotel. In this role, she oversees third-party manufacturing and procurement for the TWA consumer brand as well as operations for The TWA Shop at the TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

    Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Storey was the Product Development & Production Manager for Golf & Outerwear at Vineyard Vines responsible for sourcing all fabrics and trims, negotiating and issuing purchase orders for all apparel styles seasonally, and managing all production timelines and communication with third-party mills and agents. Previously, Ms. Storey held similar positions at Hanes Brand, Gap, Banana Republic, Nike and Kate Spade.

    Ms. Storey received a B.S in Exercise Physiology from Oregon State University.

    Andrèa Thibeault
    Senior Regional eCommerce Manager

    Andrèa Thibeault is the Senior Regional eCommerce Manager for MCR. In this role, Ms. Thibeault supports the eCommerce function of the hotels, is responsible for growing and managing the online business development strategies among the corporate, tour and travel, transient and group markets. She has more than 20 years of multi-brand sales and eCommerce experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining MCR in 2013, Ms. Thibeault’s career included Director of Sales and eCommerce roles for Buffalo Lodging Associates, as well as Regional eCommerce Manager for Remington Hotels Corporation. Ms. Thibeault received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University.


    Leah McFarland

    Director of Revenue Management

    Leah McFarland is Director of Revenue Management for MCR. In this role, Ms. McFarland has the revenue management responsibility of a portfolio of seven hotels in the Permian Basin oil field. Additionally, she handles hiring, training and development of the revenue management staff and corporate level reporting of revenue related metrics. Ms. McFarland has nearly fifteen years of hotel industry experience including roles with focused service brands for both Marriott and Hilton, as well as independent hotels and full service Marriott properties. Prior to joining MCR, she worked in sales and revenue management for a number of hotel franchisees, including White Lodging  in revenue management. She is proud have been a part of a Marriott Full Service opening Team of the Year and Marriott Revenue Management Team of the Year. She received her B.A. in Business from Indiana University.

    Alyson Jett
    Regional Director of Sales

    Alyson Jett is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. In this role, Ms. Jett provides strategic and tactical support to her region and is responsible for sales leadership and revenue generation. Her primary responsibilities include achieving top line sales and market share growth as well as brand collaboration, strategic positioning, sales process implementation, training and development, resource allocation, hotel acquisitions, property openings, and recruiting. Ms. Jett has more than 11 years of multi-brand experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, her career included Area Director of Sales roles for The Briad Group, as well as sales positions with Buffalo Lodging Associates, Lodgeworks Corp. and Waterford Hotel Group.


    Amanda Ekbom

    Regional Director of Sales

    Amanda Ekbom is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans that focus on increasing revenue and market share penetration for hotels within her region. Additionally, she provides leadership support as well as training and development.


    Christene Main

    Regional Director of Sales

    Christene Main is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans that focus on increasing revenue and market share penetration for hotels within her region. Additionally, she provides leadership support as well as training and development.


    Eileen Corrigan

    Regional Director of Sales

    Eileen Corrigan is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for implementing strategies and leading sales teams to increase revenue and market share. Ms. Corrigan is a hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in roles including sales, training, revenue management and general management for full service and extended stay hotels. Additionally, Ms. Corrigan has held positions with Hilton Worldwide as Director of Brand Support for Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites as Director of Sales and General Manager.


    Elaine Carter

    Regional Director of Sales

    Elaine Carter is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. In this role, Ms. Carter is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans that focus on increasing revenue and market share penetrations to hotels within her region. Additionally, she provides leadership support as well as training and development. Ms. Carter has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry which includes roles in full service, focused service, limited service, extended stay and independent hotel properties. Prior to joining MCR in 2013, Ms. Carter was a Regional and Area Director of Sales for Remington Hotels. She has also served as a Sales Director for LodgeWorks Partners, Hyatt, Dimension Development, and Bristol Hotels. Ms. Carter served as the 104th ASG S1 Army Hotel Billeting, Director of Marketing and MWR programs. She received her B.A. in Hospitality Management from the University of Maryland.


    Kelley McCoy

    Regional Director of Sales

    Kelley McCoy is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and improve market share. She provides leadership, support and training to the hotel teams in her region. Previously, Ms. McCoy was Senior VP of Sales for Copper Hospitality and held several positions at Hilton Worldwide providing support for brands including Embassy Suites, Hilton Suites and Hampton. Ms. McCoy received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.


    Kim Aviles

    Regional Director of Sales

    Kim Aviles is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. She is a hospitality professional with more than 23 years of experience including with multi-brand full and select service properties throughout the northeast United States. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Aviles was a Regional DOSM with HHM, where she oversaw properties in Pennsylvania from Philadelphia to Harrisburg. Her primary responsibilities included achieving and exceeding top line revenue and market share growth, as well as strategic positioning within the sales process. This included training and development of GM, DOS and support staff to secure success within the region. She lives in Cherry Hill, NJ.


    Nicholas Thiele

    Regional Director of Sales

    Nicholas Thiele is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the sales efforts of multiple hotel brands throughout his region which includes the greater Arizona portfolio. Mr. Thiele provides strategic and tactical support to his region and is responsible for sales leadership and revenue generation. His primary responsibilities include achieving top line sales and market share growth as well as brand collaboration, strategic positioning, sales process implementation, training and development, resource allocation, hotel acquisitions, property openings and recruiting.
