    • Tyler Morse Chairman and CEO
    • Tyler Morse is Chairman and CEO of MCR, which comprises three discretionary funds and is the 3rd largest hotel owner-operator in the United States. With $5 billion of assets under management, MCR owns and operates 150 hotels (over 25,000 guestrooms) across 37 states and has developed landmark properties such as the TWA Hotel at JFK Airport.

      Prior to founding MCR in 2006, Mr. Morse was the President of Bliss, the upscale spa and beauty products company. He previously served as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Barry Sternlicht, and contributed to Starwood’s overall corporate investment and development initiatives. Mr. Morse earned his CPA at Ernst & Young LLP and worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in its Financial Sponsors and Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

      Mr. Morse got his start as a baggage handler for Delta Airlines at LAX. He was a ski instructor at Squaw Valley USA in Lake Tahoe and at Termás de Chillán in Chile. At California’s Mammoth Mountain, he was a member of the ski patrol. He also worked as a busboy at the Hard Rock Café in Honolulu, Hawaii, and as a car valet at The Cheesecake Factory in Redondo Beach, California.

      Mr. Morse serves on the Board of Directors of NYC & Company, the convention and visitor arm of New York City. He is a member of the Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR) Courtyard by Marriott Advisory Board and the Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) Distribution Advisory Committee. He serves on the advisory board of New York University’s Tisch Center of Hospitality and on the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Mr. Morse is an active member of IREFAC, PREA, NAREIT and The Real Estate Roundtable. He serves as a Trustee on the board of Prep for Prep.

      Mr. Morse graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard Business School. He lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.

    • Russ Shattan Partner
    • Russ Shattan is a Partner at MCR. Since joining MCR in 2011, Mr. Shattan has worked on all of our investments, including asset purchases, development projects, financings, fund-raising and investment sales. More recently, his role includes oversight of our operating portfolio and strategic initiatives for the firm.

      He also supported the development of two marquee New York City hotel projects: the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Shattan was a Senior Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he worked in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Prior to Starwood, he began his career as an Analyst at CNL Hotels & Resorts, a hotel REIT that was based in Orlando, FL.

      Mr. Shattan serves on the Marriott TownePlace Suites Franchise Advisory Council and has previously served on Hilton’s Select Service Product Advisory Council. He is a graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and has been a guest lecturer for real estate and hospitality classes at Cornell and New York University.

    • Jon Mehlman Partner, Capital Formation
    • Jon Mehlman is a Partner at MCR, focusing on Capital Formation. He joined MCR in August of 2022 to lead fundraising efforts across the firm’s new and existing investment vehicles.

      Prior to joining MCR, he served for 10 years as the CEO of Hospitality Investors Trust, a public non-traded hotel REIT comprised of over 140 Hilton and Marriott hotels. Previously, he served as group head or senior banker of the lodging and gaming investment banking practices at Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC.

      Mr. Mehlman received an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from the University of Michigan.

    • Joe Delli Santi Chief Investment Officer
    • Joe Delli Santi is Chief Investment Officer of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2016, Mr. Delli Santi was a Senior Associate with Starwood Capital Group, where he was responsible for managing a number of the firm’s investments in the full and limited service hotel sectors. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development for TMI Hospitality, one of the country’s largest hotel owner-operators with a portfolio of more than 180 select service and extended stay properties that Starwood Capital Group acquired in January 2015. In that role, he was responsible for the execution of the firm’s growth-related initiatives, the disposition of non-core assets and various other functions.

      Mr. Delli Santi is a graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.

    • Nathan Logan General Counsel
    • Nathan Logan is General Counsel of MCR. In this role, he leads the legal aspects of MCR’s business.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Logan practiced law for 12 years with the global firm Latham & Watkins LLP, where he specialized in real estate M&A and financing transactions for private equity firms, REITs and other commercial real estate owners and investors. Mr. Logan represented MCR as outside counsel while at Latham & Watkins LLP and has advised on nearly every significant acquisition and development project the company has undertaken since 2013.

      Mr. Logan received a law degree from the University of Notre Dame and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois.

    • Jacob Messina SVP, Technology & Innovation
    • Jacob Messina is SVP, Technology & Innovation, for MCR.  In this role, he oversees the technology and digital presence of MCR and its hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Messina’s career included a decade with Loews Hotels & Co., where he most recently served as the Senior Director of eCommerce & Performance Marketing. Previously, he served as Director of Internet Marketing, Associate Director of Online Marketing, Marketing Information Manager and Customer Relationship Analyst with Loews Hotels & Co.

      Mr. Messina received a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

    • Lisa Ross Chief Accounting Officer
    • Lisa Ross is Chief Accounting Officer for MCR.

      Ms. Ross has 35 years of experience with accounting, financial reporting and investor reporting for private equity and public commercial real estate investment funds. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Ross held senior executive roles at Behringer and the Hampstead Group. She also served as a consultant to Lionstone Investments. In these positions she was responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for private and public investment funds, joint ventures and REITs.

      Ms. Ross received an MS in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BBA from Baylor University.

    • Trey Tschoepe Chief Administrative Officer
    • Trey Tschoepe is Chief Administrative Officer of MCR. Prior to joining MCR in 2022, Mr. Tschoepe was Chief Human Resource Officer and General Counsel at OSG USA, where he led the workforce and legal initiatives for the company.  Mr. Tschoepe has over 25 years of Human Resources experience and served previously at USAA, CPS Energy, and ARCO Oil & Gas Company.

      Mr. Tschoepe received a law degree from Saint Mary’s University, MBA and MS Degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is also licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

    • William White Chief Financial Officer
    • William White is Chief Financial Officer of MCR.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2016, Mr. White was a Senior Associate in the real estate transactions group at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where he served as project manager for a wide variety of complex public-private development projects. Previously, Mr. White was at Tungsten Partners, where he assisted with due diligence of development opportunities for the Ace Hotel brand.

      Mr. White is a graduate of Harvard University.

    • Crystal Baker SVP, Infrastructure and Process Design
    • Crystal Baker is SVP, Infrastructure Process and Design, for MCR. In this role, she oversees the design and implementation of processes at our hotels on behalf of all of our stakeholder groups, including accounting/invoicing, technology, procurement, insurance, sales, pricing, human resources, waste management, housekeeping, banquets, engineering, and other support functions.

      Ms. Baker has more than 20 years of experience in various disciplines of the hospitality industry, including operations, sales, food & beverage, revenue management and reservations. Prior to joining MCR, she held key leadership positions such as General Manager, Dual General Manager and Regional Vice President at Island Hospitality, Drury Hotels, Benchmark Hospitality and Marriott International.

      She received her BBA in Management from Texas Tech University.

    • Kristin Brown Senior Director of Investor Relations
    • Kristin Brown is Senior Director of Investor Relations for MCR. In this role, Ms. Brown is responsible for managing MCR’s investor relationships and communications, as well as supporting MCR’s fundraising and capital formation efforts.

      Ms. Brown has more than 20 years of experience in the finance, real estate and hospitality industry. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Brown served as the primary investor relations contact for several publicly traded real estate companies, including Service Properties Trust, Redwood Trust and W.P. Carey. Previously, Ms. Brown was an equity analyst in the REIT space with KBW and Deutsche Bank.

      Ms. Brown received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.

    • Michael Buta VP, Execution
    • Michael Buta is a VP, Execution, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing operations, sales and guest service performance of Marriott and Hilton branded hotels throughout his region, which includes hotels in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Buta served as Vice President of Operations for Magnolia Lodging for 14 years, developing and operating award-winning hotels. Mr. Buta has more than 20 years of hospitality experience including leadership positions with hospitality companies such as Hilton Worldwide & Wyndham International in the areas of operations, food & beverage and sales and marketing in both full service and select service hotels.

      He attended the University of Illinois and majored in Business Administration.

    • Leah Caruso Senior Director, Special Events & Partnerships
    • Leah Caruso is the Senior Director, Special Events & Partnerships for MCR. In this role, she oversees experiential hotel activations, special events and brand partnerships.

      Ms. Caruso led experiential strategies at Hudson Yards New York and Westfield World Trade Center in New York City. Previously, she was the Director of Marketing & Special Events for Kate Spade & Company, where she served as the brand director for Tim Gunn, Chief Creative Officer and former Project Runway mentor.

    • Sean Cassidy VP, New York Operations
    • Sean Cassidy is Vice President, New York Operations, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and associate development for MCR’s full-service hotels, including the 1,050-room The New Yorker Hotel and the  1,780-room Sheraton New York Times Square.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Cassidy was the Hotel Manager at The Westin New York Times Square for five years. He has more than 25 years of hospitality experience and has held a variety of management positions with ITT Sheraton, Starwood and Marriott.

      Mr. Cassidy is the First Vice President for the Food and Beverage Association of America and the First Vice President for Les Amis d’Escoffier Society Foundation. He has also served on the Advisory Board for The High School of Hospitality Management. As the opening Banquet Certification Instructor for The New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of NYC Inc. Employee Benefit Funds, Mr. Cassidy instructed eligible NYHTC members in the art of banquet service and administered certification exams.

      Mr. Cassidy earned his BA from the City University of New York College of Staten Island.

    • Kaunteya Chitnis SVP, Acquisitions & Development
    • Kaunteya Chitnis is SVP, Acquisitions & Development, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the firm’s execution of acquisition, disposition, development and capital markets activities.

      Before joining MCR in 2014, Mr. Chitnis was a Senior Associate in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate Group, where he focused on providing M&A, capital markets, valuation, and strategic advisory services to hospitality and leisure clients. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Chitnis was an Analyst within Citibank’s Institutional Clients Group.

      Mr. Chitnis is a graduate of Cornell University.

    • Jeff Dempsey VP, Compliance and Internal Audit
    • Jeff Dempsey is VP, Compliance and Internal Audit, for MCR.

      Mr. Dempsey has more than 30 years in Internal Audit and Compliance for a broad range of industries including, Investment Companies, REITS, Banks, Electric Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing. Mr. Dempsey has successfully performed as Chief Audit Executive for multiple companies. He has been Chief Audit Executive for Behringer Funds. He also led the Internal Audit and Controls practice for Bridgepoint Consulting, where he was the outsourced Chief Audit Executive for both public and private companies. Mr. Dempsey held roles of progressing leadership responsibilities at Deloitte and KPMG Consulting. Mr. Dempsey also has a background in Business Process Reengineering and Organizational Change Management.

      Mr. Dempsey is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a Certified Internal Auditor.

    • Andrew Gala VP, Sales New York
    • Andrew Gala is the VP, Sales New York, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for providing commercial leadership and strategic top-line growth across MCR’s portfolio of New York City and independent hotels, including the 1,780-room Sheraton New York Times Square and the 512-room TWA Hotel.

      Prior to joining MCR as the Opening Director of Hotel Sales for the TWA Hotel in 2018, Mr. Gala served in senior sales and leadership roles with Marriott International across New York City, Boston, New Jersey and Philadelphia for nine years.

      Mr. Gala received a BS in Hotel Administration and Economics from Niagara University.

    • Alon Ginzburg Director, Strategic Finance & Analytics
    • Alon Ginzburg is Director, Strategic Finance & Analytics, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for supporting MCR’s corporate financial planning as well as improving management reporting and analysis at the portfolio and property levels.

      Mr. Ginzburg has more than 15 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting, management reporting and analysis, standardization and automation, and strategic projects.

      Previously, he held progressive finance positions at Dorilton Capital, Travelex and iHeartMedia, where he oversaw processes and continuous improvement within finance and accounting functions, using technology and data to drive efficiencies. Most recently, he worked on the implementation of Adaptive Planning (Workday’s Cloud EPM Software for Enterprise Planning).

      He received an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Finance from St. Louis University, where he studied abroad for two years at St. Louis’s Madrid campus.

    • Karlie Hamilton VP, Infrastructure and Process Design
    • Karlie Hamilton is VP, Infrastructure and Process Design, for MCR.  In this role, she oversees the design and implementation of processes at our hotels across all stakeholder groups.

      Mrs. Hamilton has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, who started as a Director of Housekeeping.  She has held various positions, from Director of Sales, General Manager, and Regional Vice President at Island Hospitality.  She has extensive extended stay and multi-family knowledge.

      She received her BA in Foreign Languages and Cultures from Washington State University.

    • Abby Hampton SVP, Investment Accounting
    • Abby Hampton is SVP, Investment Accounting, of MCR. She joined MCR in 2014. Ms. Hampton is responsible for preparing the corporate office financial statements as well as overseeing ownership accounting for several portfolios. She also works with the Development and Construction teams on various projects. Ms. Hampton has 15 years of hospitality accounting experience. Previously, she spent 11 years with Wyndham.

      Ms. Hampton received a BBA in Accounting from Washington State University.

    • Erika Holguin VP, Labor Relations
    • Erika Holguin is the VP, Labor Relations for MCR. In this role, she oversees the employment and labor relations functions for union hotels.

      Previously, Ms. Holguin served as Area Director, Labor Relations, and Director of Human Resources for the TWA Hotel.

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Holguin served in New York-based senior human resources roles for Genting Group for nine years. She was responsible for partnering with human resources and operations, educating employees on organized labor issues, and making recommendations on company policies and procedures with respect to labor issues involving at least seven trade unions. Early in her career, she worked at Blackstone.

      Ms. Holguin received a BS in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.

    • Alyson Jett VP, Sales
    • Alyson Jett is a Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for providing commercial leadership and strategic top line growth across MCR’s portfolio of branded and independent hotels.

      Ms. Jett has more than 20 years of multi-brand experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, she was an Area Director of Sales for The Briad Group and held sales positions with Buffalo Lodging Associates, Lodgeworks Corp. and Waterford Hotel Group.

    • Mark Kucera SVP, Operations
    • Mark Kucera is SVP, Operations, for MCR. In this role, he oversees operations of half of MCR’s hotels across the country.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2013, Mr. Kucera was the President/COO of Presidian Hotels & Resorts, a hotel development and Management company, for four years. Previously, Mr. Kucera served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Expotel Hospitality Services for eight years and Regional Director of Operations as well as Area Operations and General Management Positions for Flagstone Hospitality Management, the affiliated management company of RFS Hotel Investors, Inc, in Memphis, TN, for 14 years.

      Mr. Kucera received a BS in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.

    • Benjamin Laster VP, Program Management
    • Benjamin Laster is VP, Program Management, for MCR. In this role, Mr. Laster is responsible for the standardization of company programs and initiatives across MCR’s national hotel portfolio.

      Mr. Laster has more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience, specializing in hotel operations, training and development, project management, customer experience strategy and brand analytics. He has held multiple positions both in hotels, including General Manager, and above property.

      He received a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

    • Kyle McCaig Director of Technology – Service Delivery
    • Kyle McCaig is the Director of Technology – Service Delivery for MCR. In this role, Mr. McCaig is responsible for identifying, configuring and executing technology solutions across the corporate and property levels of MCR’s hospitality portfolio. Mr. McCaig works closely with all departments across MCR finding technology-based solutions to improve the company as a whole.

      Mr. McCaig’s career has included multiple technology positions ranging across the operations, product development, project management and software verticals.

      Mr. McCaig graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.

    • Chris McDonnell VP, Centralized Accounting
    • Chris McDonnell is VP, Centralized Accounting, for MCR. In this role, he oversees the centralized accounting functions and property-level Directors of Finance for the full-service hotels in the MCR portfolio.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. McDonnell was VP of Property Accounting at Remington Hotels, where he was responsible for managing the accounting teams for 22 full-service properties. Previously, Mr. McDonnell served as the Director of Finance at the Marriott Hotel and Golf Club in Fort Worth, Texas, and Director of Enterprise Applications and Regional Controller for Highgate Hotels.

      Mr. McDonnell received a BS in Economics/Finance and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

       

    • Eston Miles VP, Technology Infrastructure
    • Eston Miles is VP, Technology Infrastructure, for MCR. In this role, Mr. Miles provides the strategic direction and oversight of all corporate and property technology needs, including long-term planning and development for all hotels within the MCR portfolio.

      Mr. Miles brings over 15 years of hospitality technology experience. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Miles served as Director of IT Applications and Systems for the highly anticipated Equinox Hotels brand where he developed and executed an innovative and forward-thinking technology strategy, differentiating the brand within the luxury lifestyle space. Previously, his career included nearly a decade with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International where he served in various property and task force technology leadership positions across the country, as well as a corporate subject matter expert.

    • Gina Mote VP, Risk Management
    • Gina Mote is VP, Risk Management, for MCR. In her role, Gina administers MCR’s comprehensive insurance program and assists with the procurement of coverage and risk analysis for MCR’s hotel, development and investment operations.

      With more than 24 years experience as an insurance broker, Ms. Mote has served as the Regional Risk and Marketing Manager for Brown & Brown and as a Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster for Safeco Insurance. For the 15 years prior to joining MCR, her focus was on insurance program management for large hospitality, financial and construction practices. Ms. Mote also served in the US Army.

       

    • Chad Newman SVP, Hotel Execution
    • Chad Newman is SVP, Hotel Execution. In this role, Mr. Newman is responsible for consistently executing MCR’s established standards for each hotel product by brand and by market across MCR’s national hotel portfolio.

      Mr. Newman’s hospitality career has included General Manager and regional positions with leading hotel operators such as Ocean Properties, Island Hospitality and The Briad Group.

      Mr. Newman graduated from the University of Maryland.

    • Kirk Reed VP, Analytics and Reporting
    • Kirk Reed is VP, Analytics and Reporting, for MCR’s portfolio of full service and select service hotels, driving financial performance, leading internal and external operations reporting, and establishing and maintaining effective property standards and expense controls.

      Before joining MCR in 2022, Mr. Reed worked for 14 years in the corporate headquarters of Starwood and IHG, leading the corporate investment, feasibility and financial analysis functions. He also spent several years performing hospitality advisory work, both for PricewaterhouseCoopers and independently.

      Mr. Reed earned a BA in economics from the University at Buffalo, an MS in hospitality management from New York University and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.

    • Kristen Miller Reinsch Senior Corporate Counsel
    • Kristen A. Miller Reinsch is Senior Corporate Counsel at MCR. Ms. Reinsch manages a broad range of legal matters relating primarily to MCR’s hotel management and operations business, including employment issues, commercial contracting, dispute resolution, litigation management and regulatory matters.

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Reinsch was Senior Litigation Counsel for the privately held parent company of Omni Hotels & Resorts and Gold’s Gyms. In that role, Ms. Reinsch managed a significant litigation docket across the operating companies and advised their executive business teams on legal and operational issues. Before going in-house, Ms. Reinsch practiced complex commercial litigation for 12 years at several highly regarded litigation boutiques in Texas.

      Ms. Reinsch received a JD from Washington University School of Law, an MA from University of Southern California and a BJ from University of Missouri.

    • Chris Reth VP, Pricing
    • Chris Reth is VP of Pricing for MCR.

      Ms. Reth has nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2014, she joined MCR after a four-year tenure as a Regional Revenue Manager with White Lodging, where she specialized in Marriott and Hilton brands. Previously, she held various roles within operations, sales and events, and revenue management at Dora Hotels from 1999 to 2010.

    • Wendy Robison VP, Creative
    • Wendy Robison is VP, Creative, for MCR. In this role, Ms. Robison oversees design and branding for MCR and its independent hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Robison was Design Director for Seventeen magazine, as well as a contributing Design Director for several women’s magazines at Hearst, the world’s largest publisher of monthly magazines. Previously, Ms. Robison was a designer at Lucky magazine.

      Ms. Robison received a BJ from the University of Missouri.

    • Michael Rosen VP, Execution
    • Michael Rosen is a VP, Execution, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue growth, forecasting and cost controls as well as profitability improvement, guest satisfaction and team member career development.

      He joined MCR in 2013 as a General Manager and most recently has held the position of Area Director of Operations for the hotels in West Texas. Since attending Indiana University, Mr. Rosen’s more than 20 year hospitality career has included General Manager positions with several Marriott and Hilton brands along with La Quinta and independent hotels.

    • Eric Ruvio Principal Software Engineer
    • Eric Ruvio is Principal Software Engineer for MCR. In his role, Mr. Ruvio is responsible for developing custom software solutions to solve specific business and operational challenges. Mr. Ruvio builds modern software applications that are deployed across MCR’s portfolio of hotels and corporate teams.

      Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Ruvio worked within the hospitality industry as a Director of Software Engineering, building website and e-commerce solutions for a wide variety of independent hotels and chains.

      Mr. Ruvio is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect. He earned an MS in Computer Science from Fordham University.

    • Cheryl Sinclair VP, Human Resources
    • Cheryl Sinclair is the VP, Human Resources, for MCR. In this role, she oversees performance management, employee relations, onboarding, and other team member-related initiatives for corporate and non-union properties. 

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Sinclair most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for a start-up specializing in digital financial services for the gig economy. Previously she worked for Princess Cruises where she was brought in to help redesign the HR support model for over 60,000 ship and shore-based employees. She served as the chief of staff to the President of Princess Cruises and led a global team as head of talent management. A significant portion of her career was served at Farmers Insurance leading various HR teams, to build and implement an HR service model in support of over 20,000 US-based employees.

       Ms. Sinclair received a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

    • James Spinks VP, Centralized Accounting
    • James Spinks is VP, Centralized Accounting, of MCR. In this role, he oversees the centralized accounting function for the hotels in the MCR portfolio.

      Prior to joining MCR in 2013, Mr. Spinks was an Assistant Controller with Pillar Hotels & Resorts, where he led centralized accounting for 40-50 hotels. Previously, Mr. Spinks served in various roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels, and Bristol Hotels & Resorts.

      Mr. Spinks received a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.

    • Randall Timms VP, Centralized Accounting
    • Randall Timms is VP, Centralized Accounting, of MCR. In this role, Mr. Timms leads a team of managers who provide accounting support for MCR’s large multi-hotel portfolio of limited and full-service hotels.

      Mr. Timms has more than 17 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, he was an Assistant Controller in the central accounting department of Pillar Hotels & Resorts for four years and a Supervising Senior Accountant in the partnership group of Wyndham International for eight years.

      Mr. Timms received a BS in Accounting from LeTourneau University.

    • Krista VanTol is the VP of Pricing for MCR.

      Ms. VanTol has almost 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. VanTol spent seven years with White Lodging, where she worked in a Regional Revenue Management role with Hilton and Marriott brands, and on property as a General Manager for both Marriott and IHG brands. She also spent 12 years with Marriott International in various positions, including Regional Sales Specialist for the Midwest Region and Canada, Operational Task Support and Trainer for the Midwest Region and Canada, and Quality Assurance Auditor for the Residence Inn brand in the US and Canada. Ms. VanTol has also traveled extensively in international recruiting and training roles.

      Ms. VanTol received her BS from Central Michigan University.

    • Jaimee Zanzinger is SVP, Creative, of MCR. In this role, she oversees branding, content, PR and marketing for MCR and its independent full-service hotels across the country, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

      Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Zanzinger was the Editorial Director of Us Weekly at Wenner Media, where she led the operations for digital and print platforms that attracted an audience of 50 million. Previously, Ms. Zanzinger served in senior-level roles at Real Simple, Glamour and Woman’s Day, specializing in lifestyle content. She has also consulted for Hearst Magazines, where she helped conceptualize and launch a high-end travel publication.

      As an adjunct professor at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, Ms. Zanzinger taught a magazine editing course. She has also appeared as a lifestyle expert on television programs including NBC’s Today show, ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS’s The Early Show.

      Ms. Zanzinger received a BA in Journalism and Communications from Rutgers University.

    Jamie Bradshaw is a Director, Acquisitions & Development, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development, disposition and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Bradshaw was an associate at Starwood Capital Group, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s investments in the full and limited service hotel sectors. Previously, Mr. Bradshaw was an analyst at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust on the corporate finance team. Mr. Bradshaw is a graduate of Cornell University.

     

    Ashlin Delshad

    Ashlin Delshad is a Senior Associate, Acquisitions & Development, for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development, disposition and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Delshad was a Relationship Manager in Wells Fargo’s Hospitality Finance Group, where she covered public and private hotel investors from a lending standpoint both on the property level and corporate side. Previously, Ms. Delshad worked at Morgan Stanley for 6+ years across a variety of functions. Ms. Delshad is a graduate of New York University.

     

    Josh Egert
    Director, Capital Markets

    Josh Egert is a Director, Capital Markets, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for MCR’s debt capital markets activities, including new loan originations, refinancings, on-going management of the firm’s debt portfolio, monitoring financial markets, and managing lender relationships. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Egert worked at LoanCore Capital, a Greenwich-based private equity firm, and Newmark, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate advisors. Mr. Egert is a graduate of The George Washington University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He was admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.

Previously, Ms. Mariscal was the Head of Acquisitions & Asset Management for Mar Group, a real estate investment firm. Ms. Mariscal is a graduate of University of San Diego.

     

    David Meister
    Director or Program Sourcing

    David Meister is Director of Program Sourcing for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s program management initiatives across various business units. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Meister was an Associate with Leyton Properties, a residential developer focused on projects in the New York metropolitan area, and a Senior Financial Analyst with Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Meister has a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

    Becky Byron
    Art Director

    Becky Byron is the Art Director for MCR. In this role, she designs print and digital assets, as well as hotel collateral. Before joining the team, Ms. Byron was a Visual Designer at Condé Nast. Prior to that, she was a Digital Designer at Rent the Runway and has designed for publications such as Seventeen, Nylon.com and Cleveland Magazine. She has a BA in Journalism and Photography from Cleveland State University.

     

    Taylor Davies
    Creative Content Manager

    Taylor Davies is a Creative Content Manager at MCR, a role that taps into her past experience in editorial and copywriting to create custom content for MCR’s independent hotels. Prior to joining the team, she worked on creative campaigns as a copywriter at Oura Ring, and copy across all digital platforms for J.Crew. Previously, she contributed to InStyle magazine, NBC News and Teen Vogue, among others, as a freelance writer. She received a BA in Journalism from the University of Arizona.

    Katelyn Evans is a Creative Content Manager at MCR. In this role, she uses her editorial and copywriting background to create content for MCR’s independent hotels, including the TWA Hotel and The High Line Hotel. Prior to joining the team, Katelyn oversaw copy and brand marketing, from email and TikTok campaigns to packaging and retail, at Tarte Cosmetics. Previously, she wrote digital and print content for Macy’s and contributed to Popsugar’s beauty, fashion and lifestyle verticals. She received a BA in journalism from Northwestern University.

    Dana Gioia is a Sourcing Specialist for MCR. In this role, she sources new items and suppliers and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure goods and services are delivered. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Gioia was a Senior Buyer at Westgate Resorts in Orlando, Florida, where she was responsible for ordering, expediting and resolving lost delivered items. Previously, she was a Buyer for Wyndham Destinations, managing supplier relationships and purchasing furniture, fixtures and equipment for 50+ WorldMark resorts. She received her BA in Communications from Queens College/CUNY.

     

    Maria Medved
    Director of Online Content

    Maria Medved is the Director of Online Content for MCR. In this role, she focuses on copywriting and social media for independent hotels. Before joining the team, Ms. Medved was an Event & Project Manager with Marriott International for five years. With Marriott, she traveled across the country supporting the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott, Cleveland Airport Marriott, Des Moines Downtown Marriott, Greenbelt Marriott, San Francisco Marquis, Westin Copley Square and Westin Costa Mesa. She majored in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management with a minor in Advertising at the University of Delaware.

     

    Rebecca Morse

    Rebecca Morse is a Director of MCR. Previously, Ms. Morse was the Editor-in-Chief of the interior design and architecture publication The Home Observer. She also worked as an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City. Ms. Morse received a BA from Harvard College and a JD from Georgetown University. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Juilliard School. She is also a trustee of St. Luke’s School in New York City.

     

    Suelain Moy
    Creative Content Manager

    Suelain Moy is a Creative Content Manager at MCR, where she taps into her experiences as a journalist, editor and senior copywriter to create custom content for MCR’s independent hotels. She’s written for the 700,000-plus subscribers of the American Express Travel newsletter, contributed profiles and articles to Entertainment Weekly and Good Housekeeping, helped launch digital content for Audible and Bloomberg Philanthropies, and worked for The Corcoran Group’s Franchise Brand Marketing team. She received a BA in English from Yale University.

     

    Kimberly Sawyer
    Senior Manager of Online Imagery

    Kimberly Sawyer is the Senior Manager of Online Imagery for MCR.  In this role, she oversees all photography and digital assets for MCR’s large portfolio of branded hotels.  She has a background in digital marketing which includes content management, ecommerce, and project management. Kimberly is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with an emphasis in Photography.

     

    Gretchen Vitamvas
    Production Director

    Gretchen Vitamvas is the Production Director of MCR. In this role, she oversees the creative team’s designs, working with vendors, preparing files for production, organizing timelines and maintaining schedules. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Vitamvas was an Art Director at Victoria’s Secret, managing the designers creating content for email, digital advertising and social media. Previously, she was a Production Director at Allure magazine and has worked in production roles for other Condé Nast and Time Inc. publications including Domino, Radar and Teen People. She received a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA from Queens College/CUNY.

    Joseph Addeo
    Associate, Development Operations

    Joe Addeo is responsible for assisting with the company’s development and capital projects, value-add real estate strategies, business plan execution and special situations. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Addeo was a Senior Analyst with Broadshore Capital Partner’s Special Situations Debt Group and a CMBS Analyst with Rialto Capital Advisors. Mr. Addeo received his Masters in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he focused on hotel development and adaptive reuse.

    Pete Foster is responsible for assisting with the company’s development and capital projects, value-add real estate strategies, business plan execution and special situations. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Foster was a member of Stanford GSB’s Summer Institute and an analyst at Vesta Industrial Real Estate in Mexico City. Mr. Foster is a graduate of the University of Richmond.

    Regional Vice President, Execution

    Eileen Corrigan is a Regional Vice President, Execution, for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of several Hilton and Marriott branded hotels in Texas. Ms. Corrigan is a hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in roles including sales, training, revenue management and general management for full service and extended stay hotels. Additionally, Ms. Corrigan has held positions with Hilton Worldwide as Director of Brand Support for Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites as Director of Sales and General Manager.

    Regional Vice President, Execution

    Joe Coursolle is a Regional Vice President, Execution, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Operating efforts of Hilton and Marriott branded hotels throughout his regions in Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Colorado and Montana. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Coursolle was a General Manager with Hilton Hotels for more than 20 years operating Focus, Full Service and Resort hotels in Minnesota, Texas, Missouri and Indiana. He also worked as a training consultant for IHG and as a General Manager for Drury Hotels.

     

    Shannon Keaney
    Regional Vice President, New York Execution

    Shannon Keaney is Regional Vice President, New York Execution, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and associate development for MCR’s New York hotels. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Keaney spent seven years with HEI Hotels as General Manager of The Westin New York Grand Central and Sheraton Parsippany Hotels. Previously, he held positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ Wyndham, Marriott and Hilton properties in New York, New Jersey, South Carolina and Maryland. He has received recognition for Team Member Satisfaction, Transition Hotel of the Year, Regional RevPar, Outstanding Food & Beverage Catering, Group Sales Team and Sales Team of the Year.

     

    Matt Kinley
    Regional Vice President, Execution

    Matt Kinley is a Regional Vice President, Execution, for MCR. He previously served as Area General Manager for MCR, overseeing hotels in Connecticut and New York. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Kinley ran his own hotel consulting company, Hospitality Performance Enhancement Services, working primarily with Sage Hospitality, Wave Development and Jackson Street Hospitality. Mr. Kinley spent 11 years with Hyatt Regency Hotels and six years with Meristar/Interstate Hotels as General Manager of various properties including Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, Hilton Dedham/Boston and Radisson Scottsdale Resort and Spa as well as serving as General Manager for HEI Hotels at Sheraton Ferncroft Resort Boston and The Westin Stamford Hotel in Connecticut.

     

    Kevin Klein
    Vice President, Food & Beverage

    Kevin Klein is Vice President, Food and Beverage, of MCR. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring brand compliance and operational standards while supporting local team leaders in creating a positive venue experience, driving service excellence and achieving cost projections and revenue targets. Mr. Klein collaborates with suppliers to gain increased value from vendors and service providers. Prior to joining MCR, he was Director of Food and Beverage for the Georgia Theatre Company and its subsidiary Mellow Mushroom restaurant operations. Mr. Klein has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including senior management positions with various restaurant and hotel groups. He holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, as well as, an Associate’s Degree with Honors in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University.

    Regional Vice President, Execution

    Eric Regits is a Regional Vice President, Execution, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of several Hilton and Marriott branded hotels in Alabama, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Regits worked for Hilton, Marriott and IHG. He also has General Manager experience in both full service and select service hotels. While working with Moody National Companies, he earned many accolades, including General Manager of the year in 2017 and 2019. He studied Business Administration at East Stroudsburg University.

     

    Logan Shinn
    Regional Vice President, Execution

    Logan Shinn is a Regional Vice President, Execution, for MCR. In this role, he oversees the daily operations and sales execution in multiple hotels throughout the southwest. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Shinn was a Regional Director of Operations with Prism Hotels & Resorts. Previously, Mr. Shinn was a Dual General Manager, Area General Manager and Regional Vice President with Island Hospitality. He also held executive-level roles with Marriott International and Hyatt Regency and was the Marriott International Business Council Chair for the Tucson, Arizona, market. Mr. Shinn has 10 years of restaurant experience, including fine dining, gourmet delicatessen and Starbucks. He is a Graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management.

     

    George Spilich
    Regional Vice President, Execution

    George Spilich is a Regional Vice President, Execution, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of several select service and extended stay hotels in multiple states. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Spilich spent the last decade working for GF Management and Moody National Companies as both Area Manager and Regional Director of Operations. Mr. Spilich also has General Manager experience in both full service and select service hotels, as well as task force experience with multiple Hilton and Marriott brands. He received a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware.

    Jody Farquhar
    Senior Director of Investment Reporting and Communications

    Jody Farquhar is Senior Director of Investment Reporting and Communications. Mr. Farquhar is responsible for investor reporting of MCR’s fund investments and assists with finance and investor relations efforts. Mr. Farquhar has 22 years of experience across finance, investing and the hospitality industry. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Farquhar was the Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy for the Ashford group’s publicly traded hospitality REITs. Previously, Mr. Farquhar was an Equity Analyst with Jefferies in San Francisco. Mr. Farquhar received an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in economics from the University of North Texas. Mr. Farquhar is a CFA charter holder.

     

    Stacy Harwell
    Director of Investment Accounting

    Stacy Harwell is Director of Investment Accounting for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for the accounting and reporting of the hotel ownership entities. Ms. Harwell has more than 15 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry and three years in public accounting. Prior to joining MCR in 2015, Ms. Harwell worked as Corporate Accounting Manager for Wyndham International, Senior Auditor for Whitely Penn, and Restaurant Accountant for Brinker International. Ms. Harwell received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.

     

    Miguel Peña
    Senior Director of Investment Management

    Miguel Peña is Senior Director of Investment Finance for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the compliance and reporting of MCR’s fund investments, while also assisting with the company’s finance and investor relations efforts. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Peña was an Assistant Controller for a Private Equity Fund Administration services firm and a Senior Fund Accountant for Goldman Sachs Real Estate Funds with capital commitments totaling over approximately $10 Billion. Mr. Peña began his career as an auditor for KPMG and received his BA in Accounting & Finance from St. John’s University.

    Ysabel Huerta
    Training Manager

    Ysabel Huerta is a Training Manager for MCR. Prior to joining MCR in 2015, Ms. Huerta held a variety of positions with Marriott and Hilton, including Accounting Manager, Human Resources, Assistant General Manager and General Manager.

     

    John Koss
    Senior Director, Hotel Transitions

    John Koss is Senior Director, Hotel Transitions, for MCR. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Koss held positions such as as Area VP of Operations, Regional Director of Operations and Corporate Training Manager with Reliance Hotel Group, Expotel Hospitality, LBA Hospitality and Davidson Hotels. He has more than 30 years of experience working with Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, IHG and independent hotels. During his tenure at Reliance Hotel Group and Expotel Hospitality, Mr. Koss oversaw hotel acquisitions and transitions. Mr. Koss holds degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.

     

    Patrick McCabe
    Training Manager

    Patrick McCabe is a Training Manager for MCR. Previously, he was a General Manager. Prior to joining MCR in 2015, Mr. McCabe held operations roles with several of Marriott International’s full service properties, including the Maui Marriott Resort, Tampa Westshore and Tampa Airport Marriott. He also served as a Regional Director of Operations for Mainsail Lodging and Development, overseeing the quality assurance standards of eight Marriott ExecuStay Corporate Housing franchises.

    Training Manager

    Courtney Moore is a Training Manager for MCR. Ms. Moore began her career at MCR in 2013 as a Front Desk Agent and worked her way up to General Manager in the Midland Odessa market. Previously, Ms. Moore held an operations role with Fort Wood Hotels.

     

    Sarah Smith
    Training & Development Analyst

    Sarah Smith is a Training & Development Analyst for MCR. In this role, Ms. Smith is responsible for tracking company initiatives and brand compliance across the portfolio. Ms. Smith began her career at MCR in 2017 supporting the investment accounting team. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Smith was an executive assistant in commercial real estate development and property management in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

     

    Raechel Teeters
    Director of Strategic Initiatives

    Raechel Teeters is Director of Strategic Initiatives for MCR. Previously, she served as a Regional Director of Revenue Management. Prior to joining MCR in 2014, Ms. Teeters was a Regional Revenue Manager with White Lodging Services, overseeing hotels in Colorado and Utah. Ms. Teeters also spent six years with Marriott International, starting as a Front Desk Agent and working her way up to Senior Sales Manager supporting full and select service hotels in the Western Mountain Pacific sales office.

    Shannon Regenscheid
    Director of Investor Relations

    Shannon Regenscheid is Director of Investor Relations for MCR. In this role, Ms. Regenscheid serves as a point of contact for MCR investors and works closely with the Investment Finance team to manage distribution and communications efforts, as well as support fundraising activity. Ms. Regenscheid has 15 years of experience in finance and commercial real estate. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Regenscheid held positions in asset management, consulting and project leasing. Previously, she was an Investment Analyst for Prudential Asset Resources. She also served as a consultant, sourcing her own commercial real estate investment clients in the Dallas Fort Worth market. Shannon holds a BS in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Texas real estate license.

    Marge Bajzek
    Senior Corporate Paralegal and Legal Case Manager

    Marge Bajzek is Senior Corporate Paralegal and Legal Case Manager for MCR. In this role, she works in collaboration with the legal, operations, accounting and transactions teams to assist with corporate oversight and governance, contract management, due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, compliance, legal research and outside counsel management. Before joining MCR, Ms. Bajzek honed her corporate legal expertise with several Chicago law firms and the in-house legal departments of Kraft Foods and Sears Holdings. She holds a paralegal certification from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

     

    Rick Hibbs
    Director of Licensing

    Rick Hibbs is Director of Licensing for MCR. He is responsible for obtaining new business, health, liquor and operational licenses, and for directing the licensing aspects of all acquisition, disposition, and operational transition transactions. He also manages license administration and renewals, and coordination with local hotel staff on matters related to license compliance. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Hibbs was a consultant at a firm that provided licensing services in all 50 states. Previously, he spent more than 25 years as an architect in workplace strategy and corporate interiors. Mr. Hibbs graduated from Texas A&M University.

    Kim Aviles is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. She is a hospitality professional with more than 23 years of experience including with multi-brand full and select service properties throughout the northeast United States. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Aviles was a Regional DOSM with HHM, where she oversaw properties in Pennsylvania from Philadelphia to Harrisburg. Her primary responsibilities included achieving and exceeding top line revenue and market share growth, as well as strategic positioning within the sales process. This included training and development of GM, DOS and support staff to secure success within the region.

     

    Jason Bartschi

    Jason Bartschi is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans that focus on increasing revenue and market share penetration to hotels within his region. Additionally, he provides leadership support as well as training and development. Mr. Bartschi has 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry, including roles in full service, focused service and extended stay properties. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Bartschi was a sales leader at a Hilton property managed by GF Management for 10 years. He has also held sales roles with Marriott and IHG managed properties. Mr. Bartschi began his hotel sales career in 2000 with Growth Properties. He received a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from East Stroudsburg University.

     

    Casipia Breland
    Regional Vice President, Sales

    Casipia Breland is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share penetration. Additionally, she provides leadership support as well as training and development. Ms. Breland has 15 years of sales and marketing experience with multiple brands in the hospitality industry, including Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Breland worked for Island Hospitality Management and Concord Hospitality.

     

    Courtney Brewer
    Regional Vice President, Sales

    Courtney Brewer is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share penetration within her region. She also provides leadership, training and development support. Ms. Brewer has 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry including roles in focused and full-service properties. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Brewer served as the Dual Director of Sales for two unique Marriott properties in San Antonio, Texas. She has held roles with various brands, including Hilton, and with management companies such as Davidson Hospitality Group, KPartners Hotel Management, Island Hospitality Management and Highgate Hotels. She received a BS in Tourism Resource Management from Texas A&M University.

     

    Elaine Carter
    Regional Vice President, Sales

    Elaine Carter is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, Ms. Carter is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans that focus on increasing revenue and market share penetrations to hotels within her region. Additionally, she provides leadership support as well as training and development. Ms. Carter has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry which includes roles in full service, focused service, limited service, extended stay and independent hotel properties. Prior to joining MCR in 2013, Ms. Carter was a Regional and Area Director of Sales for Remington Hotels. She has also served as a Sales Director for LodgeWorks Partners, Hyatt, Dimension Development, and Bristol Hotels. Ms. Carter served as the 104th ASG S1 Army Hotel Billeting, Director of Marketing and MWR programs. She received her BA in Hospitality Management from the University of Maryland.

    Christina Irizarry is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, Ms. Irizarry drives business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Prior to joining MCR, Ms. Irizarry held various sales roles in different markets within the Dallas/Fort Worth area for Island Hospitality Management.

    Kelley McCoy
    Regional Vice President, Sales

    Kelley McCoy is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and improve market share. She provides leadership, support and training to the hotel teams in her region. Previously, Ms. McCoy was Senior VP of Sales for Copper Hospitality and held several positions at Hilton Worldwide providing support for brands including Embassy Suites, Hilton Suites and Hampton. Ms. McCoy received a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

     

    Dan Sparacino
    Regional Vice President, Sales

    Dan Sparacino is Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, Mr. Sparacino oversees sales, catering and revenue management for MCR’s full-service hotels in New York City, including the 60-room The High Line Hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the 512-room TWA Hotel at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. He also supports tactical planning, project assignments and execution of sales, marketing and e-commerce distribution. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Sparacino served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Marriott’s W Union Square and W New York hotels. Previously, he held individual hotel and area sales leadership roles with Viceroy Hotel Group, HEI Hotels & Resorts, Crestline Hotels, KOR Hotel Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. He received a Master’s certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

     

    Nicholas Thiele
    Regional Vice President, Sales

    Nicholas Thiele is a Regional Vice President, Sales, for MCR. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the sales efforts of multiple hotel brands throughout his region which includes the greater Arizona portfolio. Mr. Thiele provides strategic and tactical support to his region and is responsible for sales leadership and revenue generation. His primary responsibilities include achieving top line sales and market share growth as well as brand collaboration, strategic positioning, sales process implementation, training and development, resource allocation, hotel acquisitions, property openings and recruiting.
