MCR Development LLC (“MCR”), the seventh largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, today announced it has completed a renovation of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Long Island Brookhaven, a 128-room select-service hotel located minutes from numerous business and leisure demand generators on Long Island. The renovation enhances the guest experience for business and leisure travelers alike, and offers a modern and comfortable environment for hosting corporate/family functions and special events.
Located just off the heavily-traveled Long Island Expressway, the main travel artery connecting Long Island with New York City, the newly renovated hotel features a redesigned lobby and breakfast area complete with a new seating area, modern dining room furniture, and upgraded light fixtures and artwork. Additional improvements made included installing new carpet and wallpaper throughout the entire hotel, as well as outfitting the fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment. The meeting center received technological enhancements to make it a more appealing destination for hosting business meetings and conferences.
