The 118-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Seguin, Texas is scheduled to open on Friday, November 7, 2014. Located at 2732 Jay Road, the TownePlace Suites Seguin will operate as a Marriott franchise, developed by Western International, owned and managed by MCR Development, LLC.
Located at I-10 at Exit 610, the hotel is 10 minutes from downtown Seguin and 39 miles from San Antonio International Airport. Guests will enjoy convenient access to the area oil field operations and local companies such as Caterpillar, Tyson Foods and Continental Metals along with nearby Texas Lutheran University and Schlitterbahn Water Park. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
